Call For Papers for the Information Access and Retrieval Track - ACM Symposium on Applied Computing (SAC) 2024

sac2024

For the past 39th years, the ACM Symposium on Applied Computing (SAC) has been a primary and international forum for applied computer scientists, computer engineers and application developers to gather, interact and present their work.
The ACM Special Interest Group on Applied Computing (SIGAPP) is the sole sponsor of SAC. The conference proceedings are published by ACM and are also available online through ACM's Digital Library.
The Information Access and Retrieval (IAR) special track is concerned with the theory, implementation and evaluation of information access technologies to novel application areas and novel contexts. This field of research is nowadays at the crossroad of several disciplines such as information science, AI, and social science due to the pervasive nature of search engines, location based services, question answering systems, chatbots and social networks on our daily life.
The Important deadlines can be consulted on the SAC2024 web page
